KaraLee Foat-Barrett brings 30 years of business building, leadership, coaching and operating experience to the stage.
She has founded three companies and sold two, built a real estate brokerage from a solo operation into a multi-location business, coached hundreds of professionals, taught at real estate boards and spoken at conferences ranging from women’s events and youth sports to real estate.
She also spent 11 years coaching college basketball, served as an Athletic Director and Professor of Leadership, and is the former COO of a seven-figure business coaching company.
Her work sits where leadership, business growth and the realities of actually carrying a full life meet.
