KaraLee Foat-Barrett is the founder of Efficeo. She has founded three companies and sold two, including building a real estate brokerage from a solo operation into a multi-location business. She has been a high-level coach to hundreds of professionals, taught at real estate boards, and spoken at conferences ranging from women’s events and youth sports to real estate.
She spent 11 years coaching college basketball, served as an Athletic Director and Professor of Leadership, was founding President of a small colleges athletic league, holds a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership, is a certified Kolbe consultant, and most recently served as COO of a seven-figure business coaching company before exiting that role in May 2026.
Why Efficeo exists
The business is only one part of the life.
KaraLee is also a wife, a mom and a daughter. Those aren’t titles that sit underneath her career. They are some of the most important parts of who she is.
Building businesses. Leading teams. Being the mom in the stands and the Uber driver to all the sports. Managing sports teams. Being a partner. A daughter. An advocate as parents get older. Keeping track of the house, the appointments, the calendar and the thousand small things someone has to remember. While still wanting to build something meaningful.
